Zeytun Mediterranean Grill alcohol variance amendment
Leander
Description
The council amended the restaurant's alcohol variance to allow outdoor signage advertising beer and wine, matching conditions granted to Nix on Crystal Falls.
Impact summary
The restaurant can now advertise beer and wine sales outside, and staff will study broader changes so restaurants aren't repeatedly seeking variances.
